Some common questions about Italian Favours.
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account. PayPal is the secure payment gateway that we have chosen. Simply use your credit or debit card to pay for your order. If you’ve already signed up with PayPal and have an account, then you can pay from your PayPal account, or you can save your details and create an account if you choose.
How do I place an order?

The simplest way to place an order is to click the ‘add to basket’ symbol next to the items you would like to buy. This will create a shopping basket and you can continue to add as many items as you like. When you’re ready to check out, click the button on your shopping basket and you’ll be taken to the PayPal secure payment pages. Simply choose your preferred payment method on the checkout page.

We will hold your order until the cheque has been banked and the payment has cleared. The order will then be dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?
We use Royal Mail postal services with different options see our Delivery page. If items are out of stock or are to be delivered later than expected we will contact you as soon as possible.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, please contact us at info@italianfavours.co.uk with details of the products you would like to order and where you would like to send them. We will come back with a quote for posting. Please note we cannot be responsible for any customs charges which might be applied to your goods.
I have a discount code. How can I use it?
Please enter the discount code when prompted at checkout, and your code will automatically be applied to your purchases.
How do I track the progress of my order?
You will receive a series of emails to update you on the progress of your order, including an order acknowledgement that your order has been successfully received and also when your order has been dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, as outlined in the ‘Distance Selling’ regulations, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase if you are not entirely happy with it. Please note that personalised items are not normally refundable.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
An invoice will be included with your order but you need to know that we are not yet VAT registered we do not charge VAT so you will receive the invoice without VAT.
What are the best before dates for your sugared almonds, chocolates and sweets?

Our sugared almonds, Chocolate Dragees, Hearts Choccolate Dragees are typically supplied with a best before date of at least 6 months.

If you are ordering for an event which is more than 6 months in the future please let us know. You may leave a message at checkout with your event date, call or email us.

I have a question about a product. Can you help?
Yes, we would love to hear from you. If you are looking for a specific fabric/colour scheme for one of our handmade products, we will quote you a cost for sourcing this for you. If you have a question about any products please contact us and we will get back to you.
